Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Hatstalls!... Would you be a hatstall? A hat stall is a Harry Potter Universe term for someone the Sorting Hat takes 5+ minutes to sort. I know this is random, but I've been deliberating on this for a while. I think I would be a hatstall between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. The first time I took the Pottermore quiz, I got Hufflepuff. All the other times, I got Ravenclaw. If I were to just join a house based on nothing but the Sortin Hat's song, I think I would first ask the Hat's opinion on where I should go, and then ask to be put into Hufflepuff, just because Helga Hufflepuff "took them all". I think I kind of admire that. Those kids that weren't particularly brave (and really, what 11 year old has a brave deed/title to their name) or intelligent enough to get into Ravenclaw (or pureblood), Helga would take welcome them. Besides that, the Hufflepuff common rooms were near the kitchens. I would have loved to befriend the houselves, cook some of my own food, and eat with the houselves.I value kindness and loyalty, and I strive to be that. I don't know if I truly embody the Hufflepuff spirit, though. Some of my friends and parents say that I let people walk all over me, because I often let others get their way above my own comfort. I try really hard not to get people angry at me or offend people too. In 5th grade, I had a friend who noticed that I had a really long fuse and didn't get mad, so she spent the rest of the year trying to get me to get angry at her. But also, I know where my boundaries are, where I draw my lines of what I will do. I don't cross those lines and I think that is Hufflepuff (being loyal to yourself and your dignity). Also, I would love Herbology and I like gardening. I also admire the reason the Hufflepuffs stayed at the battle of Hogwarts. 

I value intelligence. I am a book worm, and I like to learn new things. I make my decisions logically, and I think things through a lot. I like riddles, and I would really enjoy the Ravenclaw house for the atmosphere and the people and ideas. I really look up to many Ravenclaws, and Luna is my favorite character. At school, people think I'm a bit standoff-ish (except my friends). When I had my head down, reading on my phone, a girl joked that it looked like I was "hacking the government". The kid next to her always trys to get answers out of me, and I'm sometimes a teachers pet because I get good grades and do my work early. Additionally, I think the Ravenclaw in me is the reason that I keep making long posts. There were some Ravenclaws that stayed at the battle of Hogwarts too, I beleive partially because they thought it was the right thing to do and also because they were thinking ahead. No one thinks I should be in Hufflepuff. People still see it as the loser house (puff pride!!!). All of my friends say I should be in Ravenclaw, but I think there are several parts to me. Maybe the Hufflepuff side to me isn't the side that comes out in my current school atmospher, which is when I see my friends? I am really tied, so I think I would be a hatstall, I love both houses. What do you guys think? Would you be a hatstall and what houses/why? What house do you think I should be in?
