A bit of a clarification: After one comment is posted on a post, it goes to the bottom pages. To find it, you click on the "submitted by" button twice and it will go to reverse chronological order (for Blab About Books click once). After the first comment shows up, a second comment has to be submitted for it to go back to the top page. Posts are on the top page because people post on them, but to get them to the top page from any other page some people will say "top."
