New Thread Idea!!!!

So, guys, I know you have recently been talking about how there are no new threads around. That got me thinking. After looooooong periods of brainstorming, I've got an idea. It may not work as well as I want it to, or may not even be that good, but I thought it was worth trying out.

I call it: Patent Office

So basically, this is a thread for all those innovators and inventors out there who want to be recognised. You will post your invention idea, as long as it corresponds to the theme that is suggested by the creator. After all the inventions are submitted, I will write a minichapter about a person usng the invention and someone who will be elected as judge, will decide which is best judging from 3 categories:

Practicality (would someone actually use it?)

Ingenuity (is it truly new?)

Creative thought (pretty self-explanitory)

I know a lot of you are confused right now (if you're still reading), so I will give an example. say the theme was Aviation. My post would look something like this (except better):

Invention name: Hoverbike

What it does: Increases the speed and personal aspects of air travel

What it looks like: A bike-like body, but with handels at either end. Driver lays down to control. Buckles for the feet in the back. Two propellors replace the wheels, creating a drone-esque feel.

Other: N/A

There's one more aspect to this: Blueprints

You can post blueprints (thy do not have to be blue) of your invention if you wish. This will help the judge visualize the invention.
