She was tall,
She was tall, with dark and flowing robes and a hard face. But in that moment she smiled. "The cookie shall be mine forever!" she said, amidst evil laughter. "No one shall ever get it!!"
Now I, brave adventurer that I am, was not going to let this pass my notice. I snuck up behind her and spritzed a couple whiffs of the strongest perfume in the block right onto her face. While she was distracted by her wailing, I snatched the cookie and ran off.
"The cookie is mine!" I cried to the heavens.
This, however, was my folly. Now, everyone wished to steal the cookie.
Including you.
This thread shall chronicle the life of the cookie. Every master of the cookie was tricked, distracted, injured, deceived, etc. etc. etc. by the next. Then the new master cried "the cookie is mine!"... only to have it be stolen once more!
Help me continue the story! Whoever owns the cookie on April Second wins the game!

Gliding over the cobblestone streets as I was, it was only by fortunate events that I say THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COOKIE EVER suspended in the air above a lanky human.
What was such a noble cookie doing in the mudgy grasp of such a human? I contemplated. Without another thought I dived, and grabbed the cookie from her fingers and waned upwards with only the applause of her surprised shriek.
"THE COOKIE IS MINE! MINE I SAY!" I skreeched over the city. The human gazed above in complete bewilderment, as I, the lucky gryphon, readied to take the first, most scrumptious bite, when suddenly I felt something jump on my back...

It was pure luck that the most scrumptious, delicious-looking cookie saved my life. I was in the middle of falling out of an exploding airplane when I spotted the beautiful thing in the grasp of a triumphant gryphon flying above the ground. By sheer power of will I inched my way through the air until I was above the gryphon, and then crashed into her, breaking my fall. I rolled to the ground as the dazed looking gryphon got to her feet. I was alive.
But that didn't matter to me. "THE COOKIE IS MINE!!!" I shriek.

I gasped as a muddy, low-ranking human tumbled from the sky. Suddenly, she held up..a cookie??
Not just any cookie though.
THE MOST GORGEOUS COOKIE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE.
Sneaking up behind the girl, she began to weep wth excitement as I snatched the cookie from out of her hands. I sprinted away through the cobblestone streets and twisting dark alleys, cackling loudly.
"DA COOKIE IZ MINE!"

A girl wearing the clothes of a street urchin and the smile of a child just given candy snuck up behind the one who wore clothes of inky black, and snatched the Cookie from her hands. Then she ran to the tallest tree she could find, shimmieing up it as nimble as a squirrel, until she sat upon the highest point.
And there, the girl giggled.
She believed that maybe, just maybe, she had a chance at winning this thing.

This reminds me of the last to post thread.
The black clad warrior was skilled in the art of assassination. Atop a tree he was watching the emporer of the kingdom, his long, black hair rippling in the wind. He grabbed one of his Kunai knifes and began to twiddle it on his finger. The Hokage would not be pleased if he missed this target.He saw a rustle at a neigboring tree and raggety looking girl climbing to the top. In her hand was a cookie. The Hokage could wait. He must have this cookie. As nimbly as a deer and as silent as a cat, he jumped through the trees until the cookie was in sight, then he snatched it from the girl as he was flying through the air. HE ran with the cookie on the treetops, until he came to his secret cave. He entered the code and solved the stone puzzle and stepped through the door. He locked it behing him and smiled for the first time in a long time.
The cookie was his.

"Yes, there." The nervous-looking young woman consulted a detailed map, and pointed to a sheer cliff.
"Are you sure?" asked a man in a hard hat.
"That's where we're supposed to begin the mining operation," the woman said, shrugging.
Half an hour later, it was all set up.
"3... 2... 1..."
Explosions sounded as the face of the cliff was turned to dust by dynamite. The young woman noticed something flying through the air towards her. A cookie.
Suddenly, she knew what her purpose in life was. She grabbed the cookie, and ran to one of the trucks before the dust had even settled, driving off at top speed.
The others cowered as a man in black brandishing a menacingly long knife rushed out of the rubble of the collapsed cave.
But it was too late.
"The cookie is mine!" cried the young woman out of the window as she disappeared down the winding dirt road...

I see a young woman running down the street with a cookie. I'm starving, so I run forwards and yank it out of her hands. I'm in my human form, and raise it to my mouth. Suddenly, I feel how special this cookie is, "THE COOKIE IS MINE!" I roar.

I gasp as I see someone running down the street holding- A COOKIE! I run into the nearest building and go up to the rooftop, and when I see the person again, I quickly jump off the building, tumbling onto them, and I jump up with the cookie! I decide to go from roof to roof, which, I thought, was the best choice.

My airplane was just taking off the ground when, to my surprise, I saw a humanoid form bounding across the rooftops and holding - What was it? A - a cookie?!! But how could a mere cookie cause a shivery, joyful feeling to run up my spine?
I needed to reach that cookie.
"Sorry, Herald, I'll skydive with you another time." With wild determination, I unbuckle my seatbelt, attach my parachute firmly, and leap out of the plane. as I'm falling, I steer closer and closer to the leaping form until I am just close enough to snatch the cookie!
"HA-HA!" I shriek, landing in a wide meadow, "I POSSESS THE COOKIE!"

I see a figure flying from the sky. Yes! They took the cookie from its stealer! I wait for them to give it back to me, but they do not. Enraged, I morph into my true form and steal the cookie from their grasp. "I HAVE THE COOKIE!" the dragon bellowed.
