Misspellings!

~~~
Has your CB name been misspelled? Has your real name been misspelled? Let's talk about name misspellings here!
My real name is Grace, and there's practically no way to spell that wrong. My CB name, though . . . I've seen Mei Xui, Mei-Xue, Mei-xu, Mai-Xue . . . I could go on and on.
Two other, not Twobotjer. I'm not sure how autocorrect comes up with these things sometimes.
My real name, which I'm not going to say gets mispelled a lot. It has a th and a lot of people just write a T. Its kinda annoying sometimes, especially when I have told the persom more than once how to spell it! On CB I sometimes get spelled 'Dandilion', but I don't really mind much about it.
Sometimes people call me Apple Jaguar. My name isn't Apple Jaguar, it's Applejaguar. No hard feelings if you've called me that, though.
Haha, three Graces! (Plus some middle names too!) That's so cool! My middle name is Elizabeth. Oh yeah, and Mei, that's so cool about the band/clarinet thing! My band isn't exactly elite; we're a small homeschool band that just got started but is rapidly growing, and the honor band thing is an intense band weekend where you have hours and hours of reherseal for two days and then a concert the next. I sure hope my lip doesn't literally explode! I've been playing for two years in the summer; how about you? What curriculum do you guys use? (We do essential elements.)
Luna says "keer" Wow, that sounds like a word. Queer, maybe?
*How on earth did you come up with that. The captcha was completely devoid of Q's OR U's. You are so disapointing.*
Eh, you know you love me. You're a sweet puppy at heart.
**growls**
I think.
Danie is pretty easy, though I've been called Danny or something else once or twice.
My real name, Danielle, is somehow really hard for some people? I've seen Danyelle, Daniella, and Daniel.
Daniel is probably the one that irritates me most, especially when people pronounce it that way. It irritated me because multiple other kids had this name, and it would get confusing and you get the point. Also Daniel seems like a boy name, and a boy name for a girl? eeeh no.
On CB, I've gotten a lot of Abigial and Abigal and Aibgail, which I'm guessing are probably just typos and not actually intentful misspellings. :P
In real life, my name is misspelled ALL the time. (I'm not posting my actual name here, though.) The most common one is Ella. If you know my actual name, then you'll get how this gets confused, but even so. People also like adding the letter h to the end of it, which also puzzles me.
However, the pronounciation is generally more problematic for people— My friends and I make a game of it to tally how many subs have ever gotten my name right on the first try. So far, three. That's it.
I didn't learn to spell my middle name until two years ago. Enough said.
HA.  You wouldn't believe all the different ways my real name has been misspelled.
I'm not reveaing it (sorry peeps) but for some reason whenever I tell people it they say "oh, Mayrim?  (you would understand if you knew it) I've even had some close friends  spell my name wrong XD.
My CB name however is bassically a train wreck of misspellings (oh cringe my grammar)
Kalidiscope griffin. Kilidiscope gryfon, Kaleidoscope Gyrfon, I could go on and on.  BUt ya I get how it could be spelled incorrectly cuz' Kaleidoscope is a pretty twisty word:/ Ha, Ive even spelled it incorrectly a couple times XD
There are people that spell my CB name wrong whenever they write it, but I don't want to correct them because I don't know how to do it without sounding like a jerk. I've seen Kesteral, Kestarl, Kesatral, Kestral, Kesatrel, Kesterl, etc.  The most common misspelling that I see is Kesteral.
My real name (in American) is Julia, which is kind of hard to misspell or mispronounce :P
The name that my parents wanted to put on my birth certificate, but couldn't, would be Юлия (the closest English pronunciation is Yuliya, but that's not completely accurate either. The only people that I have met that have been able to pronounce it right have been other Russians. :)
And then I have absolutely no clue how to spell my middle name properly. I'll take a shot in the dark, though: Igorivna.
Wow, that looks strange in typing. Anywho, this is a cool thread idea!
I don't think that anyone's misspelled September. . . My real name, which is Megan, often gets misspelled as Meghan, though.
