SoC is so much fun. When I win. I'm awful at Catan, so I usually turn my nose up at it and say I want to play a different game. XD

I'm an idiot when it comes to playing SoC, because I basically declare war on people with the robber barren and refuse to trade with them. *shakes head sadly*

I got... a phone. Wow. I was totally not expecting it. It was partly because next year I will be in high school and I am one of the only people in my grade without one. Actually that's what I'm typing on right now. But wow. That was extremely unexpected.

Ooh I also got a Hamilton calendar and each month is a different cast member/character. It also has the birthdays and death days of all the characters and the dates of stuff like the battle of Yorktown and when the Reynolds pamphlet was published. It is amazing.

There were also tons of relatives all gathered at my grandma's house so of course there were lots of presents from them too. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I got Prismacolor colored pencils (I LOVE that brand), a new sketchbook, gel pens, an awesome dragon necklace, a guitar, SAS survival guide, a survival kit, and presidents puzzle. It was a great Christmas, and I hope you all had an awesome time too.

I actually got a ton of stuff, but I'll just list the big ones here.

-A new music stand and bag for carrying my books in (desperately needed)

-A new travel makeup bag, a bronzer and a fancy eyeliner (YAS)

-A Betsy Johnson purse

-An adult coloring book about dogs and 30 colored pencils!

-A stuffed animal of my favorite British web video person, SqaisheyQuack. :)

-Ticket to see The Lion King in January with my cousins (I'm half exctied, but kinda scared-it's my first Broadway play...reviews, please?!)

-A DRAWING TABLET OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG  (One of those digital ones where you connect it to the computer and draw on it and it appears on the screen. It's SO much fun! If you've heard of the brand, it's an Intuos Draw by Wacom. I use ArtRage Lite.)

-A new installment of the Pegasus series by Kate O'Hearn (RECOMMENDATIOOOOOOON!!!)

-An Irish dance diary and a diary/listing journal for all my 200+ books. Yes, I'm not exaggerating.

-A pretty mirror that looks like a knot hole and has two owls peering in, a mom and a baby. So cayute!

-And a really pretty candle that isn't a candle! It runs on battery and it comes with a remote, so you pull out the tab, put in the batteries, press on, set the brightness, set the time, and watch it flicker! It has an orange light, but the piece moves back and forth with the air current, so it actually looks like a candle! :D

Also, NEWS! If you have seen my post on the Writing Club...thread on Inkwell, you will know I am starting a story on New Year's Eve. Well, I have been planning, and, Saturday, at 12:00 midnight, I will be pulling out my charrie sheets and plot outlines, posting everything on Cricket, and beginning my story! Oh, did I say story?

I meant stories! Yes, I am writing two-one completely my own plot, the other heavily based off of Katy Perry's Dark Horse song. The best part?

Both of these stories will be going up on another site as well! :D

The one inspired by Dark Horse is named Burn, and the other one is called Forgotten.

I'm so excited about starting these stories, you guys honestly just don't know. I hope you enjoy them! :D

The Lion King is one of my very favorite shows! It has the best music
and beautiful costumes, staging, and effects. It's truly awesome. You
will walk out of the theater smiling and singing. (I think my other two favorites are Fiddler on the Roof and Showboat. Both of them have great music and meaningful stories. Fiddler has so many great lines, and Showboat is so very sad.)

Hey, I saw The Lion King on Broadway!! It was really really good, especially the costumes (I love costumes - these were really unique and cool). Trust me, you'll love it. All the animals in their costumes and the noises they make and the way they move is super awesome.
