I heard her song, Something Wild, on the radio (I never thought I'd hear her on the radio, especially since this station plays pop and other stuff in that genre) a few days ago. Then the next morning, I watched the video. Then I decided I needed to buy that album, and so I did today. I'm listening to it right now. Something Wild is beautiful!!! Who else has heard it? I absolutely love it!!!
I actually didn't know that Something Wild was for a movie soundtrack, but now I'm interested in the movie, too! (Pete's Dragon)
So has anyone else heard this?

umm... I hate to be a downer guys but most of her music is pretty average. The things people love about her are not caused by her actual playing, there is so much accompanying music with it that that is all people hear. I know that I sound like a hater but I have played violin for twelve years and I have a very fine tuned ear and she just isn't that good.

I like "Electric Daisy Violin" and "Stars Align" but the rest of her music sounds pretty similar to me. However, when her music features a singer, it is really good. I like "Shatter me" very much.
Of course, Taylor Swift blows her outta the water, but since T.S is the best singer EVER... it's not really fair to compare. ;)
