I'm so sad. In the early hours of the morning today, Abi's soapbox was found, collapsed.
A celebration of the use of this soapbox is in order. Iona!

Please gather some flowers. Take this money, commission a statue of Abi on the soapbox, and get Hémín to write owls to everyone. Using the leftover money I gave you, find a speechwriter and pay him to write a speech. Even better, get Abi to.

*Dresses in all black* I'm crying now, that soapbox was such a precious friend to us on the CB. It collapsed under pressure from constant use. RIP, dear Soapbox! You will forever be in remembrance.

I-I h-have a request.....I would like to put the Soapbox in a golden container in the "CB MUSEUM OF AWESOME THINGS!!" That exists right next to my CB house.... with a plaque that says the names of who used it....
You should get a statue! You were on it too!
Weeelll maybe a SMALL statuette of all who used it next to the huge statue of Abi. The soapbox does symblofy allot. It was used in times of desperate need to solve those horrible problems we had. And now it's crushed, which might be symbolic to say that we don't need it anymore, because those problems are over. *bows head in reverence*

A soapbox is a small, wooden case that people use to stand on, almost like a podium. They then use it to give speeches to a crowd, often relating to political or controversial topics. In our case, Abi's Soapbox *chokes back tears* was used to... to stop some of our biggest wars and fights on the CB. To get people thinking clearly again. So the death of the Soapbox is very big.

By the way, my soapbox was not one of those crates. Part of the irony was that I was using, an, um, soap-box, those tiny cardboard containers which individual bars of soap come in. And Ashlee, I— I— I don't think it can be repaired, or that it would have wanted to. It lived a long, full, life, and all it wanted was to be remembered happily. *wipes away a tear*
