Languages! What languages

Languages! What languages (other than English, obviously!) do people here speak? I speak some French, and I'm fluent in Turkish. Just interested...

You're fluent in Turkish! WAY cool! :) Um, Spanish for me. And Hebrew. Kinda boring, I know. *shrug* I've always wanted to learn an exotic language like Turkish.

I'm learning German, and know some Japanese, enough to communicate with my Japanese cousin (whose name cannot be spelled in English but the closest I can get is Peter) who I haven't seen for over a year, btw. And he's like, in first grade or something........I'm not really sure..........Konnichiwa! Sayonara!  *swiftly changes to German* Guten Tag! Auf Wiedersehen! Milch und Brot! Madchen! Frauen!..................sorry.

That's cool, Jenni! :)

I'm pretty lame, too: I know English and French, and though they're Korean, my grandparents refuse to teach me Korean . . . I can READ in Korean, but what's the use of that when you have no idea what it means?!  *shakes head sadly*  I'd like to learn Swahili, for some reason . . . *shrug*
My friend Annika can speak English, Hindu, French, and she can read the Koran in Arabic!  *sigh* I wish I could do that . . .

I speak a little bit of French but I am planning to seriously learn it next year in 7th grade. But I understand French a little too. My parents speak French (English, a little bit of Arabic, and Shikomoro, the native language of the country from where I'm from; the Comoros) so I'm exposed to it a lot.

I'm almost fluent in German. Enough to get by when we went there, but my grammar leaves something to be desired. I would love to learn Norweigan, because my family is German and Norweigan. I went to Germany last summer, and it was amazing!! My parents said that when I'm in the 9th grade I can fly over by myself and stay with my relatives that live over there!! I'm so excited!!
