Cricket is an awesome mag! And the website is really great too. But I'm curious, what prompted you to get this new website and set up the Chatterbox?

P.S. This is my Chirp at Cricket challenge. Four more to go!

 

We had been thinking about it for a long time, since everybuggy loves the Letterbox in the magazine, but it takes so long for somebuggy else to reply there. We hoped the site would let buggies all over the world talk to each other about what they're reading and doing, to write more stories, and learn about Cricket authors and artists in case they want to grow up to be one someday. (But we had to wait until Tater finished his correspondence course in Web design before we could put up a site.)

That's really interesting! I'm so glad you made this website. I love Chatterbox and talking about writing and books and plays and food and all sorts of stuff with cool, wacky people I never would have spoken to otherwise.
