Cloud Cloaks cost a smile , but as my first customer, you can have one free , as my first customer. Here . * Hands over shimmery , soft purple cloak . * I hope you don't mind, but when the sun rises and sets, the cloak changes color- it won't always be purple .

The Celestial Eagle Feather is a raw material, which can be gotten from a celestial eagle inside your own mind. You can buy the Cloud Cloak from Indigo Keli, or devise an awesomely imaginary way to make one. But Ariadne's Thread is another combination: Ordinary Ball of String + Dungeoneer's Compass. Get those three things and you can "make" the Sky-Dweller's Vestment for yourself!
