PLEASE READ EVERYBODY!!!

Please, people, when you are posting on an RP, RR, or any kind of story thread where people all work together to make a story, please look at the last reply information to see if the last post made has not been approved yet. And, if it has not, do not write any continuations until it has.

Failure to do so may mess up continuity. And annoy a lot of people. Nina's continue the story thread has been a victim of this error... twice! And both times it was when I made a continuation first, paying attention to see that all the submitted posts had been approved by the admin, and then some person hopped on in, completely oblivious, and made a different and conflicting extension.

Fortunately this particular thread only allows three-word extensions of the story, so this is easily remedied. I am actually going to go submit a fix now, after I finish writing this. But on other threads, like RPs where people write paragraphs at a time, it can cause serious problems.

Here's one thing you may do, and which I sometimes do myself, to avoid this problem. I note how many posts the section page says has been submitted, then go to the actual thread, count the posts seen, and see if the number matches. Tedious, perhaps, but it works, better on threads with less comments than ones with more replies.

Another way: note who the section page says who made the last post. Go to the last page of the thread and see if the last post seen is submitted by the same person listed. If so, it's probably okay.

Once again, PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS!!! Pay attention when submitting to story threads. Thank you all for your time, and hopefully, greater caution in the future. If the admin would like to support and/or say something about this notion, he/she/it may do so below.
