Survey about Cricket magazine
Here's a simple survey all about Cricket magazine! I had no ideas for threads to post, so I decided to put together a questionnaire. If you have additional questions to ask, please feel free to ask them.
1. Which issue has your favorite cover artwork?
2. Who is your favorite bug in Cricket Country and why?
3. Have you ever entered a Cricket contest?
4. What have been some of your favorite stories or poems in the magazine?
5. Cricket magazine usually has a monthly theme. The artwork, stories, poems, and even contests are based on the themes. If you could choose a new theme for the month's magazine, which theme would you choose?
6. How long have you been reading Cricket?
7. What is your favorite section in Cricket?
8. Have you been published in Cricket?
And now, my answers to the survey:
1. My favorite cover artwork is probably the January 2014 issue with "Paris through the Window". It was really abstract.
2. My favorite bug in Cricket Country is Pussywillow! She is really pretty, and I think that the things that she says are adorable!
3. No, I have not entered a Cricket contest before. I always flip to the contest part when I receive a Cricket magazine and see if I can enter. I consider entering the art contests more than the others.
4. Personally, I don't have a favorite because all of the stories and poems are amazing and I love them all equally.
5. I would love to have a theme on animals and nature, and music and theater.
6. I have been reading Cricket for just a few months now. I started in October 2013.
7. I love the Letterbox section. Plus, I like seeing the winners in the Contests section, too,
8. Yes, I have, in the Letterbox section in the April 2014 issue. Cricket published two quotes that I posted here. It has been the first time I have been published and it was really exciting!!

Q1: Which issue has your favorite cover art?
A1: The most recent issue, May 2014. I love the dragons on the cover! So mysterious... I might even try to get the poster-sized print of it.
Q2: Who is your favorite bug in Cricket Country and why?
A2: Muffin! I like her stripes and also we think alike. So alike that it's almost uncanny.
Q3: Have you ever entered a Cricket contest?
A3: Well, kinda. On my other account (not saying who) I sort of entered something for the Crowd Sorcery, but I didn't have much inspiration. I only entered something for the Fred Thread. Maybe something else will come...
Q4: What are some of your favorite stories/poems in the Cricket magazine?
A4: Hard to choose. REALLY hard to choose.
Q5: *a really long question I don't feel like typing out*
A5: Probably animals. Dragons specifically.
Q6: How long have you been reading Cricket?
A6: I don't know precisely how long, but not for a full year yet. Same with Muse.
Q7: What is your favorite section in Cricket magazine?
A7: That's a tricky one. I like them all, but I think I might have to go with Ugly Bird's Crossword Puzzles.
Q8: Have you been published in Cricket?
A8: No. See 6.
