Stickfiddler Joe, with your permission, I'd like to restart TCCP.
TCCP stands for The Chatterbox Currency Project. It's something I created waayyyy back in 2009 or '10 (when I still went by CJ) and is now dead, but 'twas rather popular in the day. People applied and received starting funds of $150,000 to open their own business. There was a bank, inventory, and employment center. Now that we've got a mall and Watermelon's Thread Hospital, I think we should have CBers register to receive a starting amount of money, make some ground rules, and continue to expand businesses. I just wanted to ask you to see if you thought this was OK, since you came up with the Mall (which is cool!) and all.

Yes! Go on ahead and revive it!

I will probably start a new thread, so not to confuse people. Also, TCCP needed some clearer rules. A new thread will establish them.

If it's all right, may I be in charge of a bank?
(July 22, 2013 - 3:22 pm)
But of course!
General rules for banks: People keep track of their own purchases and earnings. They are responsible for writing a "bank note" every time something is added or deducted to what they place in the bank. Interest is ten dollars a day (because things are better on the Chatterbox!). If you suspect that something's fishy (ie, you saw someone make a purchase but they refuse to deduct it), then you can speak to the person.
