OK, so I
Chatterbox: Blab About Books
OK, so I read Inkheart and Inkspell, but my mom says I have to wait till I'm at least 16 or older to read Inkdeath.
Her reason? She says that Farid finds a bunch of other girls he likes and hangs with them, and she thinks that's inappropriate. *Go figure*
My reaction? I got so scared about other girls getting in the way of the romance I had so blissfully imagined.
It has been a few years now since I finished Inkspell. I make sure to keep all the facts about the book in my head till 16.
But now the waiting has become too long!
So, though I wish I didn't need to ask this, I beg of whoever has read the book....*sniff* to.....*weep*......give me....A SPOILER.
Please I just ask you to tell me 'The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth':
*How does it end? Who is Meg with at the end? Farid? Or someone else?*

In Inkdeath, someone has a dream that an inventor boy I think has a wife. That wife is Meg. Farid leaves for the hills with Dustfinger to perform and travel.

Top!

I read the whole series when I was eleven and they were fine. Just tell your mom you are mature enough to deal with them and if you find something inappropriate, you will stop reading the book until you are 16.
Hope I helped!

I will try, Choco, but how does it end? Do Meg and Farid end up together?

Choco's right; I read them when I was... I don't remember, but younger than you. 11, I think, at the oldest. Olive was mostly correct about the end of Inkdeath; Meggie (not Meg) marries an inventor, not Farid, who doesn't appear in the earlier books.

Thank you so much, Ima! *Phew* I am now at rest. I'm sorry for the interogation, guys, but I couldn't help it!
