BZRK is a science-fiction novel written by Michael Grant (author of the Gone) and is about a war between nano-tech and bio-tech. The characters are complex and the author definitely knows his twists & turns. If you liked the Matrix (movie) then you'll probably love BZRK.

Though you should read the first chapter to see if it's your type of book, because some people definitely won't like it. ;) Has anyone else read this? And let's just add this book's sequel to the list of sequels I am awaiting for.

And no, this book isn't getting a sequel because everyone wants one. It's getting a sequel because it needs one.

Oh, and Ophelia is my favourite character, but Wilkes or Vincent (who I imagine as Neo from the Matrix movie) are definitely the most well-written.

I am OBSESSED with Michael Grant. I am in love with the Gone books. (Team Little Pete, anyone?) Thank you for bringing this up! I should go hunt this down at Barnes&Noble after school (half day. spring break :) ).

I haven't read the Gone books (yet) but I can't wait! Michael Grant is awesome! (BZRK was the first and only book of his that I've read)
