I used to think Harry Potter was stupid. That was before I read it. So, question for y'all- have you ever even read the books you claim to hate?

@True S.- You don't like Harry Potter either?

I have never read any of the books you said were good.

And, yes, I hate the Clique series and I've read it. So...

Can you please explain? I'm not challenging your opinion, just want to find out more.

You hate Harry Potter?!!! I think those are the best books ever! I can't believe so many people don't like them. Have you really tried them, or are you just saying that? To like them, you actually have to read past the first few chapters.

I've never heard of any of the other books.

Disagree, disagree, disagree. May I please have your arguments against the Harry Potter books?

Here's my favorite book: The Book That Has Not Been Written Yet But Will Be and It Will Be Absolutely Perfect by Somebody

FYI, on my very first day of work in the publishing world, the editorial director said to me, "There is no perfect book." He went on to say that every one has something wrong with it.

Yes I have read past the first few chapters, a little after when they come to the school.

Try a little farther, you have to at least get to the troll! The first few parts are really boring but you have to get past them. Try reading the whole thing. The rest is more interesting, I promise!

You can't really judge a book by the first few chapters, lots of them tend to get interesting later on. Plus there's six much better books than that first one in the seriesLaughingBut, that's just my opinion. I can't speak for everyone and what you should and shouldn't do.

@True S.- Even if you didn't like it, you might want to start again. Sometimes the first chapters of book aren't that good. I got more thqan halfway through Eragon before I stopped. I seriously couldn't take it anymore. Did you think the book was boring?

I'll try it. Which books do you recomend in the seiries?

@Elizabeth M., No, I didn"t think that it was boring. It seemed too exciting for me. Weirdly.

Well, I recommend all of them. You have to read them all or they woulden't make sense. But my favorite one was The Deathly Hallows.

@True S.- Just start with the first book and if you like it - and it isn't too exciting - then you should go on to the second. They're all good, though the seventh is my favorite!
