Pottermore is currently unavailable! Is that a good sign?

I've been checking in on Pottermore every day, and today, instead of the usual 'Pottermore is currently in Beta' thing, there was this pink screen that said that Pottermore is unavailable, and stuff. 

Could this mean that it's going to be open to the public soon?

I was wondering about that also. I am always checking to see if it is open to the public yet, and I saw that the screen was different.

Wait, I meant that differently. Do you have to sign up on something to use it or can you just go on it (when it's open to the public)?

Has anyone heard when Pottermore is open to the public? It is  geting realy annoying, we were supposed to get in in October!!!!
