This is a very cool book by Henry Winterfield. I love it! Smile After writing an opinion of his schoolmate, Caius, and hanging it on the school wall, Rufus is expelled from school. But after his opinion of Caius shows up on the wall of the temple of Minerva, Rufus is in danger. His friends got to find out who really did this quick, otherwise, Rufus is going to be stuck in prison...forever. This is a tense book with a clue at every corner. Will Rufus ever get out?

I read that book.  Frankly, I wasn't impressed.  If you want a really good ancient mystery story, try the Roman Mysteries by Carolyn Haywood.

I LOVE that book! :-)  It's one of my favorite books...although almost all books I like are on my list of favorites. :-)

Have you read the second book? That was a really good book, too!
