Has anyone here read the book The Thief Lord by Corneilia Funke??? I like lots of books by her but The Thief Lord is the BEST!!!

I've read the Thief Lord! And the Inkworld trilogy! (I tried to reread them, but only succeeded on rereading the first one.) And after reading the Thief Lord, I wanted to go to Venice, Italy. :)

I have not read The thief Lord but I've read the Inkworld trilogy and Reckless (another book by Cornelia Funke) and I really want to read Thief Lord because I watched the movie and want to see how......(can't think of the right word) specific.....right.....?.......the movie is to the book. Lik if the movie left out details or something like that.

Yes, and that post made me look for The Book Thief and our library, but it's checked out right now.

I have not read it yet, but I have it checked out from the library and will hopefully get around to reading it. At the moment I have eight other books checked out that I haven't read yet so it might be awhile. I hope I enjoy it as much as you have.

Ooh, I love that book so much! I've read it about three times (which is quite a lot for me, judging that I don't usually reread books)... and it never gets old. I actually read it for a book analysis course I took online, and it was super fun! I started reading Inkheart quite awhile ago, but I could never get through it. Now it's sitting on my bookshelf with a bookmark about a quarter of the through. I'm planning on finishing it at some point, though... :)
