This thread is dedicated to MJ. Anyhoo, I am halfway through HPatSS! I'm actually enjoying it even though I've seen the movie umpteen times and know exactly what's going to happen. Just thought I'd let you all know that I will finally be able to understand what you're all talking about, in HP terms anyway.

The books are way better than the movies by the way, and they took out a lot of stuff in the Order of the Phoenix (no. 5). :D

@Olive: Thanks! I am just about finished with the third and the movie left out A TON of explanations, also.

Congratulations! HP rules, by the way. And I was SO ANNOYED with the writes for PoA! They left out EVERYTHING! Such as why Scabbers is Wormtail, why his name is Wormtail, why Lupin is a werewolf, why Sirius is not guilty, etc., etc.

It's being released one book at a time, you know. There won't be any spoilers if you do decide to do it before you finish the series. Then again, it won't be out for people who haven't already registered until October, so I'm not sure this is even relevant.
