Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Welcome to the Book Club Center! This is where every book club starts! Well, maybe not every one of them, but most of them. Or at least they will if my idea works out! Let me explain.

Pretend you want to start a book club (actually, hopefully after reading this, you won't have to pretend!). You will come here and post saying that you want to start a book club. You pick a book that you want to read, and tell everyone which book you chose here on this thread. When you have enough people that want to read your book, make a new thread, and start reading! If you want to join a book club, you will come here and read everyone's posts. If someone suggested a book that you want to read, reply to it so that they know that you want to read it.

Hopefully this thread will help book clubs a lot. There won't be any arguing over which book to read. Once you come here, find someone who wants to read the book you want to read, and get started! Or, if no one else has suggested the book that you want to read, suggest it yourself and see if anyone else wants to join!

Once you make a thread for your new book club, post the link to your thread and the name of the book that you will be reading here on this thread. That way, people who want to read your book will be able to jump in if you aren't too far into the book. If you want to, you can post on here which chapter you are reading so someone knows how much they need to catch up.

I hope that this will solve (or at least help) the problem of deciding which book to read in each book club. I also hope that there won't be as many disagreements over books and book clubs. Please post here so we will be able to make more book clubs!
