THEY ARE TOTALLY AWESOME BUT NOONE HAS HEARD OF THEM!!!!!
And if they have, they hate Mendanbar.

YES! Another reader of The Enchanted Forest Chronicles! Whenever I mention them to my friends they look at me blankly. I don't hate Mendanbar, he's just way less cool than Cimerene and Morwen and Kazul and just about everybody else. My favorite charrie is Morwen, what's yours?

My fave characters are Mendanbar and Morwen. I like Shiara too, and Telemain is kind of entertaining, but I think Morwen is too awesome for him. I don't hate Daystar, but he's not as cool as his parents-- kind of too perfect if you ask me.

Oh! I'm sorry! I forgot about this thread! (Where the cherries? I think I might have to start using that :)) Anyway, I don't really like either Shiara or Daystar, and I avoid reading the forth book whenever possible because it's just terrible. It completely butchered the ending.
One thing that completely cracks me up whenever I read these are the chapter titles. I just love titles like that.
Another thing is just the sheer, random funniness of it. This is definitely the one case in which fantasy and humor mix. I've read all sorts of fantasy books that are supposed to be funny, but they're so not. Ugh.
And now I have to go take a shower. I'll be back later for more ranting.

I LOVE these books!!!! A couple of years ago I received the whole boxed set for Christmas. I think all the people are totally cool, but Morwens cats are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
I think Daystar is sorta dumb but Shiara is awesome!
