Adele—
The express slowly came to a stop. We stood up, took our bags and walked out. I was at the back with the girl named Cliona. She seemed quiet and a little lonely.
“So, Cliona, what’s wrong?” I asked awkwardly. I felt like hitting myself in the head. What a stupid question. She looked at me oddly and answered, “Nothing. Why?" “Well, you seem a little sad.” Another stupid sentence. Her forehead twitched slightly while she was thinking. I waited hesitantly but nothing came out. I guess she wanted to be left alone.
I kept walking down the small hallway. I looked into a compartment and noticed someone. A boy. I couldn’t make out his features because his head was turned towards the wall.
I slid the glass door open and padded in. I cautiously shook his shoulders. “Umm…We’re here!” I mumbled.
His eyes flew open and his head turned towards me. “Wha…?”
I knew this boy. Jack Latewalker. Also known as a crazy boy. I’d never come face to face with him but when I saw him I pitied him slightly.
“We’re here,” I said again. “Right, I know.” He seemed a little nervous. No wonder. He didn’t have many friends at all. Actually when I thought about it he didn’t have any…
“Umm…Well, better go,” he declared. I nodded and backed up towards the wall slightly to let him by.
“You first.” He beckoned towards the door. I slid it open. As we came out I found Celi, Geraldine, and Cliona waiting.
“Who’s—" Geraldine started to say. “Jack. Jack Latewalker.” They were quiet for a moment.
“You’re the one who has the parents in St. Mungo's.” Celi studied him carefully. Jack seemed a little taken aback.
“Yes?” he answered questioningly. “Well, hello then. I’m Celi!”
I had to laugh. That was so unexpected.

Celi-
Jack seemed a little surprised that I introduced myself quite cheerily. Actually, I was a bit surprised myself. Talking to Crazy Boy. What would my friends in Fourth year think? Oh well. If they insult me for it, I'll hex them.
Sean Konrad came walking by along with his stupid little minions. He pointed at Jack and made a swirly motion with his finger near his temple. I frowned.
Forget the plan! I thought. Just seize the moment!
So I did.
Sean Konrad went unknowingly walking into the Great Hall with a pig's tail and words burning in (literally) firey letters that said, "Hex me."

//Geraldine//
I was wondering what all the fuss was about. I usaully don't hear a lot of gossip because I avoid it as much as possible. I was wondering why that boy Sean Conrad was making that gesture. It didn't seem to make sense. Jack wasn't crazy. I was furious at Sean. I would have jinxed him if Celi hadn't beat me to it.
"Nice work," I said to Celi. "Thanks, I thought it was pretty ingenious."
"We should hurry up and find a carriage," I said. "We don't want to miss the sorting. . . .
We traveled up to the castle in the carriage, laughing about what Sean's face would look like when he noticed. In the Great Hall we went to our separate tables. I sat down by some other fourth years, Alison Greeb and Henry Wane, and I noticed that Sean didn't appear to be at the Slytherin table. (He is in Slytherin right?)
The Sorting Hat sang its song and then the sorting began. The first person to be sorted was Emmeline Abben. She was sorted into Hufflepuff. I clapped and cheered with the rest of my house.
I wasn't really sure how to start the feast since Dumbledore was the only one who ever started it in the books. Who is going to be the headmaster?
(March 16, 2011 - 7:40 pm)
I have absolutely no idea who it should be... McGonagall can't... I think. And well, I didn't think about it but sure, he can be Slytherin! Oh, and please excuse me if I make my paragraphs wrong.
Adele—
I watched the last of the first years run to their seats. Most of their faces were red with excitement and embarrassment. I sighed, remembering my sorting.
A trilling ring flew through the hall and everyone was quiet. “Welcome first-years! Hello to all! Well, let the feast begin.”
Stacks of food appeared on golden platters. The Great Hall erupted in chattering and noise.
I stared at the steak across from me and gulped. “Eat it!” I egged myself on. Raw meat was what I loved but I had to try to be more… polite.
I took the steak and breathed in. It smelled good but it was nothing compared to whatI liked.
I started to cut silently.
A small girl across from me who I recognized as the first-year Dorthea, stared at everything in awe.
“Hello!”I said through a mouth full of food. Her eyes widened and she backed off to where a small group was huddling.
“My brother told me about her. People call her Miss Wolfy. You better stay away. Werewolves aren’t people I’d hang around with,” a girl said importantly.
I dropped my fork with a clank and swung my leg over the bench. I walked to where the clique sat.
“Hello,my little morsels. I heard you talking about moi!” The girls looked up with shocked faces. “If I hear myself being talked about again I might as well take a lovely bite out of all of your necks.”
I turned on my heel and walked out of the room.

I think maybe Neville should be it.
Jack-
I ate in silence. Adelle chattered away. She told me that ever since she heard about me, she always stayed away, even though she also felt like an outcast. I guess it's true, I am a bit of an outcast, but I'm treated well at home, so I don't really care. My aunt and uncle have always been nice to me. My aunt doesn't think I'm old enough to stay home alone, so she takes me to Diagon Alley to her job. I often go around, looking at the new broomsticks, but whenever somebody recognized me, they'd look uncomfortable and walk away. Ever since that potions experiment gone wrong, everybody thought I was crazy. The reason they think I'm looney is because I was in that exact room, the moment it exploded, but I was left unharmed. After dinner, we all went up. After the common rush of people, there was a scream. A boy lay dead in front of the fire. These words were written next to him: "You look on in horror, at the one who is dead. Tonight you'll not sleep for you will be filled with dread. We have walked in your walls, taken souls down with us, many, you think you have slain us, in your thoughts that may be. But in truth, we still stalk, growing stronger than ever, we will take you all down, and you'll be with us forever. For where vampires stalk, we cause fear and dread, and we always leave victims, alive or dead. Already some of you are serving as spies, doing everything to be our ears and our eyes. When we tell you, you'll slay, to be hidden, you'll stay, but remember, you stay with us, to your joy or dismay.

Adele—
I closed the heavy doors going into the Great Hall quietly.Jack had seemed very far away when I was talking to him. I wonder what waswrong. I’d ask him later.
I heard shrieks of agony and anger come from the courtyard. Iran quietly up to the wood door and pushed it open. After that I slid out intonight’s dark cape.
“What…? I’ll pay her back! I swear! Whoever did this willregret it!” I peeped around the pillar and saw Sean bending down, trying to geta better look at his pants.
I squinted harder and noticed a big curly tail sticking out ofhis bottom. I had a feeling that I knew who had done that.
I stifled a laugh. His cronies looked as if they would diefrom giggles as Sean danced around holding the pigtail.
I guess I should leavebefore they notice me. I thought.
I silently crept back inside.

I have writer's block right now. I can't come up with anything.
Anyway, about Neville being headmaster, I think he had only a few years of teaching Herbology up to this point, so he might not be a good headmaster, and I can't exactly picture him as headmaster either. Though, that's just my opinion. :)
(March 18, 2011 - 4:45 pm)
I guess so... Who could be a good headmaster? Percy, haha! ;)
(March 19, 2011 - 2:17 am)
Percy it is!
Jack-
Everybody was running every which way, knocking into people, triping over other people, screaming all the while. I sat in a corner. Vampires in this school? No, there were a bunch of Christian kids who wore crosses. But were those stories true? Did vampires really have no problem with them? Wait, Dad had told me about something... Daylight. The only thing vampires can't stand is daylight! That means that we kids would have no trouble during the daytime, but at night, we'd be in the most trouble. But that leads to something else: If they have vampire spies around here, why didn't they shrivel up during the day?
(March 19, 2011 - 10:17 pm)
Ok, Great! Percy as headmaster!
Adele—
As I started to walk up the crowded Grand Staircase, I noticed Jack sitting in a corner. He looked a little worried and his face was lined with concentration.
“Jack? What’s wrong?” I asked. He looked up at me quickly. “Vampires. There’s a spy here. We have to—“ I stared at him with bulging eyes. “What?!”
Then he told me. About the boy and the words written next to him. “And that,” he finished, “is why we have to find them!”
I sat down next to him and didn’t say anything for a moment. “Can I tell the others?” “Yes, we need help if we’re going to defeat some vampires.”
Jack stood up as I started to push through the crowd trying to find Geraldine, Celi or Cliona.
Suddenly I noticed a bobbing red head. Cliona O’Neil!
“CLIONA!” I yelled. She turned around frightened. She noticed me in the crowd and stopped. I ran up to her with Jack at my heels.
“Cliona, tell Celi that there’s a vampire spy here. We’ll tell the rest later. Meet us…” I turned to Jack questioningly.
“The 3rd floor corridor. 10:30 Tonight!” Cliona nodded, bewildered, and rushed up the steps. Now all we had to do was find Geraldine.
I spun my head around every which way looking for her. Suddenly I ran into someone.
“I’m so…” Geraldine’s face looked at me. “GERALDINE!” I yelled with excitement.
“Meet us at 10:30 in the 3rd floor corridor. We’ll tell you everything there!” Jack exclaimed before I could say anything.
“Ok…” Geraldine nodded slowly.
After that Jack and I ran up the steps to the common room.
(March 20, 2011 - 3:46 am)
Ooo This is getting so exciting! EXCITEMENT!
//Cliona//
I fought through the crowd to try and find Celi. "Celi, Celi! There you are!" I waved my hand and she ran towards me. "Cliona, what's wrong?" I pulled her towards a corner so we can speak quitely. "Look. Me, Jack, and Adele are meeting 3rd floor corridor, 10:30 tonight. I'll wake you up, right?" She nodded and we split up.
10:30 3RD FLOOR CORRIDOR
I twidled my black hair around one finger as I waited for everyone else. Celi crept around a corner and I aimed my wand at her. "Sorry, mate. Thought you were Filch." She laughed quetly and soon Adele and Jack were sitting around the circle. "All right, Jack. Why are we here, I have a Potions test tomorrow to study for." He snorted. "Gosh, your'e in Ravenclaw. That's what you guys do 24/7." "Oh yeah, well watch it once we defeat Gryffindor in the quidditch tournament."
(March 20, 2011 - 12:41 pm)
MWAHAHA!! Excitement, suspense...
Adele—
Jack scowled slightly saying: “You bet.” Then he becameserious again.
“Do any of you—“ Geraldine who ran in at full speed cut himoff.
“I’m so sorry! I had to dodge Filch and then some slytherins and then…” She was breathing so hard that she couldn’t finish.
“So, why are we here?” Celi asked.
Jack and I looked at each other and he started with the story.
After he had finished everyone was silent. “Do you mean thatvampires are real?” Cliona inquired hesitantly. “Yeah.” Jack answered shortly.
“There’s a spy in the school,” I started off, “It’s our job tofind and stop him. Otherwise Hogwarts will be in as much danger as it was when Voldemort was alive.” Another silence followed.
“What- how can we find this spy.” Geraldine asked.
“That’s why we’re here.” Jack said slowly.
Everyone was quiet again.
(March 21, 2011 - 10:09 am)
Jack-
I snorted. " You beet us? Ha! With Scott Summers as our seeker, we..." I went pale. I had just forgotten he was the one who died. Then my face lit up. " Hey! Maybe I could try out for seeker!" after I said that, i felt bad. It felt like i was taking advantage of somebodys death, but hey, we did need a seeker. Gwen walked in just then. "Anyway, let's get started." i said. I told them about what I thought of the whole thing. "Celi, your from Ravenclaw, do you think of the spys here don't shrivel up when the sun comes out?" "well," said Celi "From what I've read on vampires (I snickerd there), when they choose victims, they generally don't kill them right away, they keep them half alive and half dead, so it's easier to controlle them." "Okay" said Gwen, "But we still need to figure out who are the vampires, and how to cure them" "Well, I think that Sean might be it, couse he seems like the type" said Adelle. "Let's not jump to conclusions" I said, " I've heard that vampires usually stay out of sight". All eyes turned on me. " Hey!" I said, " if I were a vampire, would I be calling this meeting?" They nodded there heads " Still," said Adelle, "Vampires and werewolves have been feuding for years, so it's still possible..." "Yeah, well, if you want, we could put a tracking spell on him" said Gwen. We heard someone downstairs. "I'll bet it's Filch, so lets split. We'll figure out the rest tomarrow at breakfast." Just as we were about to leave, we saw what was really going on, and it took our breath away...
