I was watching in my favorite form, a Red-tailed hawk with bright feathers. I was watching the magician Name Name (anyone can claim that space), and getting by his guard imps. The stupid things. Of course, if they noticed me Name would send out his higher demon, Name. (Claim that one too). I was there to make sure Name wasn't doing anything bad. Not that I thought that he was dangerous, I just thought that Orwell Krune, my master, was too suspicious. Every time a new magician moved in, I had to be watched for a week. Especially if he had guard imps. And even though Name didn't have alarms and djinni guards, hello, two weeks of surveillance. There was one time when I had to watch for a month because of afrit guards, alarms, and shifting afrit patrols. Turned out the man was even more suspicious than Krune, and always thought that he was going to be assasinated. The tons of afrit were actually just because he was a very good magician.

I flew a while away and changed into a beetle. Then I flew into the chimney, which was covered, but still had tiny gaps (didn't he think of djinni assasinators?) and into the house. Okay, so I was in. Now the hard part: finding him in this maze of a mansion and with my tiny beetle brain. Oh boy.
