Granny Torrelli Makes Soup
I don't even...
I don't even know how I got Granny Torrelli Makes Soup, but I recently took it off my shelf and read through this. Has anyone else read it? At first it kind of seems simple and childish, but I think it's a good story. I like the way Granny Torrelli imagines death as a pasta party up in the sky. Each chapter is like a short but powerful little package of feeling that I whizzed through. I felt like I could relate to the complications of different friendships, and all the relationships between people that the story contained. Whaddya think of it?
