Has anybody read...

Has anybody read this?  The series is about twins, a boy and a girl, whose uncle tells them that they are actually djinn.  They go off and have adventures, of course, with magic and enemies and lamps and normal fantasy stuff, but it is better than normal because of:

-Unexpected twists of humor (and sarcasm)

-Brother/Sister bond

-Getting to know the bad guys (and caring about them!) more than expected

-Unusual interpretations of "genie" myths

 

There are like four or five books out currently.  I hope the author writes more!  If anybody else has read them would you like to start a roleplay?

I've read the first 3 books! And so have some other people, although I'm having trouble remembering exactly who. Charlotte has, I think, and Mary Liz, and possibly Reuben.

Anyway, I agree about them. They're excellent.

As for a RP, I suppose I'll join, but I just hope I don't get writer's block or forget about it or anything.
