Another HP RP?
There were a...
There were a few of these going on a while back, but they all appear to be good 'n' dead now. Admittedly one was forcibly stopped because the only people left were evil, sadistic maniacs and the Admin were getting tired of having to ask us to please stop torturing people, and it was kind of slowing down anyway, but the other... what... three just sort of petered out.
*deep breath*
And because I am currently on vacation I don't have any homework to put off and then stress out about, so I have even more time on my hands then usual, hooray! ((Also it's too hot to go outside. Like, almost 90.)) Downside of this is... well... I have nothing to do.
*reviews last two paragraphs*

I suppose, to start out, we should settle the question of time period, so might I request that everyone puts their opinion at the top of their post:
1. Maurader's era (i.e., Lily, James, Sirius etc. are in school)
2. Potter era (i.e., Harry's running around trying to avoid being killed by Voldy)
3. Next-Gen (i.e., Harry's children are in school (and we won't be turning them evil/torturing them this time, will we Admin? *innocent eyes*
4. Other (i.e., oh, I don't know, Founders or something.)

I would like to join if..
1 there is no Voldemort comeing back to life.
2 characters going over to the dark side (i.e., Dumbledore turning evil)
3 changing the personalities of the characters (i.e., Lily hating potions or Hermione being stupid)
4 majorly changing the series of events that happen (i.e., making Snape not die)
5 torturing and or killing JKR's characters more than necessary (please don't kill of one of Harry's kids just for the heck of it)

So. Time period? I think the Mauraders deserve another shot. It barely got to a third thread.

The Dumbledor evil should be familiar to you... that is why I got mad and wrote those looooong comments on that rp thread as anonymous.
Mauraders sound good, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to write about Wormtail without killing him horribly and bloodily.

@Elizabeth H: Killing Wormtail is fine by me! LOL.
So, Marauder era is cool. Will we be starting when it's the Marauders' first year? I'll post my character's name and information when there's a bit more info.

I'll do role-play with you. It's been a while since I read HP, but I still love it, but I'm not as good at remembering all the stuff that happened. Let's might as well start it now, so we don't just end up talking this whole time.
It was late at night and Sarah was walking into the Great Hall with all the other first-years. They filed into the hall and stood before the sorting hat. She waited patiently and clapped for all the friends she had made on the train when they got to their house table. Then it was her turn. "Neil, Sarah!" Professor McGonagall called. She nervously walked up to the stool, sat down, and put the Sorting Hat on. It went over her eyes, and it tickled when it talked. "GRYFFINDOR!" It yelled. The Gryffindor table cheered for her and she found a good seat on the bench. Later, the prefects led her and the others to the Common behind the fat lady picture and sent everybody to their dormitories. She found a nice bed and decided to sleep there.

Oh ERGH! I can't stand the thought of being in slythery Slytherin, especially as every time I make my own character I'm either a blood traitor or a Muggle-born, and I can't see my fellow Slytherins being too chuffed about that. >:>(
I should have gotten on here sooner, I would have gladly picked future generation. Me and NDT are rather fond of playing with Albus, Lily, James, Rose, Hugo, Fred (George and Angelina's son), Lorcan and Lysander (Luna Lovegood's twin sons), and (only just lately, originally he was evil) Scorpius, as well as playing our own characters, Rolanda, Theo, and Kirk. We had another nasty character called Decrio Crown, but he got expelled for torturing James too many times. HAHA!
OK, so, anyway, since the desicion seems already to have been made to do Marauders (sigh, I'm not too fond of that time period), I am going to be...
