Chatterbox: Blab About Books

The Sisters Grimm series
In order to...

In order to counteract Warriors, I'm going in alpha order across my bookshelf and making a thread for the first five books. I'm skipping PBosch's books, though, because there's already a thread for those.

Savvy?

Also, I just realized I'm gonna skip around more because there's already threads for other things, or they're boring or obscure, or whatevah.

So third is Michael Buckley and his Sisters Grimm books.

Frown. Major frown. I used to enjoy these, but in recent books the quality has vastly deteriorated. Plot has taken a gradual downturn, Sabrina is such a little brat, and the rest of the characters are mostly flat as well. I haven't gotten tired of Puck yet, but probably soon. ;) Although I must admit I teared up when Briar Rose died. That was sad.

Anyone else read them? Thoughts? Please?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I kind of dislike Daphne and I detest Sabrina. I like Puck's room but I hate puck, and I am quickly growing really tired of the Grandma. (what's her name, again?) Yeah, writing quality is not super great, and I feel that I am quickly growing too ancient to continue on with them. I am so much more mature than others of my age *looks around in disdain*

Hey, what's up Katherine M?

I love these books!!! have read all of them.  I had a dream once, after reading the one where Puck goes into the sort- of coma, that I was wakinghim up.  I had a crush on him 4 like a week after that.  I actually had a crush on a book character!!!!
