Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Ray Bradbury
In order to...

In order to counteract Warriors, I'm going in alpha order across my bookshelf and making a thread for the first five books. I'm skipping PBosch's books, though, because there's already a thread for those.

Savvy?

Also, I just realized I'm gonna skip around more because there's already threads for other things, or they're boring or obscure, or whatevah.

So, second up is Ray Bradbury.

I saw recommendations for him on here, so I read Fahrenheit 451 and some of his short stories. Love, love, love. I generally answer "Fahrenheit 451" for my favourite book--- not that it's necessarily my /absolute/ favourite, but it is amazing.

Some of the ideas it presents might be a tad bit frightening for younger readers, but overall I recommend it to anyone.

So, anyone? Thoughts? Discussion? *gives encouraging nod*

Didn't he write Dandelion Wine? That is now on my "Good Reads" list.
