Anyone else into the original Sherlock Holmes? I am obsessed with the original 60 stories right now. Something that's cool about Sherlock Holmes is that there's a lot of devoted fans all around the world. There are a bunch of clubs that "play the Great Game," which is basically pretending that Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson were real people. For example, there are the Baker Street Irregulars who meet every year around January 6th, which is generally assumed to be Holmes's birthday. That Sherlockian society has members all over the USA. Unfortunately, you can't apply for membership, or I would be a Baker Street Irregular now! (It's also all adults. )
