Chatterbox: Blab About Books

need more books!
recently I've been...

recently I've been suffering from boredom, so I thought I'd try some new books!

I really like fantasy, especially if it's from the perspective of a non-human character. I don't have problems with violence, but I do enjoy some fluff.

I've already read (and became obsessed with):

-Keeper of the Lost Cities

-Wings of Fire

-all of the Percy Jackson books

-Warrior Cats

-Eragon

have a great day y'all :D

Btw, Erin Hunter is a pseudonym for lots of different authors, including Tui T. Sutherland, author Wings of Fire!!

But yes, Ik there're also the Seeker books (about bears), maybe some others?

And speaking of, Tui T. Sutherland (and a lot of other really CB-popular authors, e.g. Shannon Hale (the only author in the following list I know and love :) down with gendered reading!), Marie Lu (who I've never read actually though, but who's coming to my school!), Maggie Stiefvater (Ik a lot of ppl here like The Raven Cycle? Again, never read, but tbr!), and Brandon Mull (...Ig his writing was fine, just... never really got into it...?)), author of Wings of Fire, took a turn writing books in the Spirit Animals series, which is pretty cool!

to be noted: none of the series mentioned (except WoF!! WoF forever!!!) are ones I particularly enjoy, but then again I didn't really love Warriors, so maybe you would? :)

ok done with the book recs just had to do that :)

Also, you might enjoy Greenglass House and its accompanying books (by Kate Milford). All of them are set in a fantastical place (an imagined island, Nagspeake, off of North Carolina), and contain lots of mysteries and tales of Nagspeake's past (it's a seafaring town).
