PEOPLE! Where did Choklitclan go!?!? Post!

That's funny; I just posted, but since I never really post on it besides that 1 time, I didn't even bother bringing it to the top. Well, I'll repost it, I suppose.

I actually like the Warriors series a lot. However, I just read  Secrets Of The Clans, and... wow. There were some major holes. For example:

All right, this is actually just a minor slip, but I felt like mentioning it. So, anyway, Sandstorm gave a tour of the ThunderClan camp in the forest. She said, "Bluestar says there used to be a river here, but I can't imagine that." Bluestar says, not Bluestar said.  Am I right in assuming that this means Bluestar was alive while this is being said? Apparently not. A page or 2 ahead, Sandstorm introduced her daughters, Squirrelpaw and Leafpaw. Bluestar died before they were even born, let alone given their apprentice names!

And remember how ML said that there were so many Warriors books with so many names, which were so similar, Erin Hunter would accidentally give 2 books the same title 1 day? I definitely agree. In fact, Erin Hunter has done something very similar: she gave 2 cats the same name, and they weren't named after each other! Thrushpelt was a female WindClan medicine cat. She helped her Clan through a sick-rabbit epidemic, and therefore is still remembered by the Clans even though she is now long-dead. Thrushpelt was also the name of a ThunderClan warrior who had a crush on Bluestar. That can't have been intentional.

Speaking of names, the warrior name generator on the  Warriors website. Apparently you tell StarClan your first name and hometown, and they will use their wisdom to decide what your name would be if you were a warrior cat. Actually, the computer decides the first part of your name by what the first letter of your real first name is. For example, if your name starts with K, your warrior name is Moss____. The computer then chooses your last  name according to the first letter of your hometown. So, if your hometown starts with A, you are ____fire. Good idea, right? And Mossfire isn't a bad name. However... Many of the names that come out make no sense. I was experimenting, and it is possible to be named Rockhead, Icefire, and Rippedeye! And of course, the parts of characters' names are included, so it's also possible to have the same name as a character in the books. Now, I wouldn't mind sharing a name with Leafpool or Willowshine, but I typed in my mom's information and she's apparently Brambleclaw—a Thunderclan tom warrior! That's just a little bit awkward, don't you think? And the name that  comes out if you are Q_____ from Q________ would be pretty odd and uncomfortable for most boys, although I don't remember what it was—Daisypool, or something like that, I think.

Above is a link to ChoklitClan. I'm preparing a project that I will post on it, as well as a review of Omen Of the Stars.

My Warriors name, according to the website, is Icepaw, that of a female ThunderClan apprentice. Not enjoying.

Also, Warriors features 2 Ashfurs and an Ashfoot. Ashfur ThunderClan and Ashfoot are two of my favorite characters, incidentally. I've always liked WindClan.

2 Ashfurs? Wow... All right, Erin Hunter really shouldn't have so many cats per Clan.

@ Jadepaw: Well, Reuben's link explains it better than I could.

One was a Shadowclan elder in the first book and the other Ashfur....well, we know him.
