Cowardpaw, there have been, throughout history, evil Clans who want to take over and rule the forest.

In the beginning, River, Shadow, Wind, and Thunder wanted to rule the forest. This was before there were any Cllans. They ended up deciding to create 4 seperate Clans to rule. Later, others, like this one, formed. You already know this if you've read Secrets of the Clans, or E Hunter's website, but it contributes to the next paragraph, which is important if you want to know about BlazeClan, or the other danger...

Then, after they'd died, a cat in Shadow's Clan (ShadowClan), then leader, Tigerstar, wanted to rule. He joined ShadowClan and RiverClan together, and meant to join the others, too, to make it a sort of empire under him. You already know that, too, unless you haven't finished the first series, but I'm just making a point. 

All that can be found in the books. More about ruling Clans can be found in the RPs.

Fearstar, leader of BlazeClan,  wanted to rule as well. He created his own Clan to rule the forest/lake/wherever else Clan cats are living. A war was fought; BlazeClan lost.

Another Tigerstar then  appeared.  He wanted thesame as the other Tigerstar, and thusly named it TigerClan. Likewise, instead of fighting against the Clan blindly, like before, the other Clans formed LionClan.

Again, a war was fought; the lions won. All was as usual.

And now, of course, another evil Clan has formed.

EmberClan.

At firt it was called IceClan. Then, the leader changed the name to EmberClan, as there's already an IceClan. No war has been fought, but at the rate it's going, there'll definitely be one soon.

EmberClan wants the same as TigerClan did. To take over the Clans. It's dangerous.

If a battle does occur, I'd encourage this Clan to fightagainst EmberClan. Of course, I'm just a cat from another Clan, so it's only a suggestion. And of course, it's probably best to stall as long as possible. That way, the leader might  actually foget to attack, and no unnecessary blood will be shed.
