OK I READ IT FINALLY

so. yes. people die. no one i was particularly attached to, but still.

i am not terribly distraught, but there is that wistfulness that comes of leaving a world... like, i can read the books again, but i'm never going to read them for the first time again, and that's... yeah.

it was good. V.E. Schwab is generally pretty good. I still like Gallant better, though, I think.
