It might be that some cats died so that they didn't have to post anymore because they didn't enjoy it or didn't have enough time or something, and they wanted a way out of posting without deserting their Clan, so they don't post here... But I'm just guessing.

We must stop TigerClan! The nerve of that leader, naming his Clan after himself.... There is a young apprentice in LakeClan I've been keeping an eye on- that's how I knew about the other kit dying. Her name is Hopepaw, and I sense a great future for her. May I give her leader a prophecy on what is to come? This war will have many heroes.

It seems like a good idea to me. I don't see what could go wrong, so why not?
Although I despise Tigerstar with every fiber of my being, I don't see what's wrong with naming a Clan after yourself. Sure, it's pretty self-centered (no offense, Thunderstar, Riverstar, Windstar, and Shadowstar—they must be here somewhere, too, after all), but the leaders of the very first 4 Clans did, so I suppose he has every right to.
I still loathe him, however, completely and utterly.
