What genre were you thinking of (music, history, science, etc.)?  There are so many subjects out there, expecially under non-fiction.Smile

HI Elena B.!  I don't know very many nonfiction books, but i do know some good historical fiction books:

1. Last Dance on Holladay Street (you should wait till your older to read this book)

2. Stealing Freedom

3.  Two Girls of Gettysburg

4. Marie Antoinette Princess of Versailles

Hmmmmm...  I could ramble on and on and on about historical fiction, but I haven't read too much nonfiction.  Hmm...  Yellow Star was really good!!!  Try that!  And if you need historical fiction ask me!  And Bookworm!  Toodles!
