I really love...
I really love dystopian and science fiction books! This thread is all about those two genres!
I really recommend the Legend series by Marie Lu, and the Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanna Collins. I've also heard that Maze Runner by James Dashner and The Giver by Lois Lowry are good books.
Enjoy!

Hi! I love the hunger games too! The hunger games is definitely my favorite dystopian series. I've watched the maze runner movie but have never read the book. The movie was pretty good though! I don't read much sci-fi though mostly fantasy

Yes! I love dystopian and sci fi! I read the first book of the Legend series and, I kid you not, it was the best book I read last year. The Hunger Games is also spectacular, and although I've never read Maze Runner or The Giver, my classmates claim that they are both amazing (we just emerged from our dystopian book club unit, could you tell?). I'm currently reading Uglies by Scott Westerfeld and so far it's really good. Dragon Pearl by Yoon Ha Lee is a really good sci fi-fantasy story and I really enjoyed reading it (a couple years ago, and I don't really remember much of the plot, although I do remember absolutely loving it). I have to go to math class now, but I'll be back with more sci fi and dystopian books shortly~

Has anybody here read The List? It's a great sci-fi book about a dystopian future where vocabulary is limited to 500 words, and is still decreasing! It's a great book!
