Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Kingdom's Dawn
A boy named...

A boy named Leinad has grown up learning swordplay from his father, a farmer. He has always wondered why he would need to know how to use a sword if he plans to grow up to be a farmer. Then, one day when his father dies, Leinad and a former slavegirl, Tess, come together to discover Leinad's true destiny. Often biblically based, this book is the first in the Kingdom series, followed by Kingdom's Hope and Kingdom's Edge.

So far I have only read the first one. I am wondering if anyone else has read these, they seem to be the current "hit" in my area. If so, what did you think?

Sorry! I somehow just submitted an empty comment on this post by mistake!

I deleted it, since it didn't say anything. It happens sometimes.

I really like these series! They are actually a series of audio books too! Right now I am on "Kingdom's Call"! I liked the first book better but this one is still good. I highly suggest listening to the audio books too (even though Tess's voice really anoyed me)!
