Battle of the...
Battle of the Books is something that I have done for a couple years now. I know that it isn't everywhere but I participated in California and my current place of residence and it's supposed to be national. I was just wondering if anyone else on here had ever heard of it, participated, or is going to participate this year. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Battle of the Books is a team event that schools compete in. You have a list of about 20-30 books every year that you read and then your team answers questions about. Last year, my team won third place and I'm hoping to win first this year.

I think I've heard of it but never done it. It sounds interesting though, and it seems to be cool to be involved in.

In London, we do it too. We are going to do one for Xmas. Last year, we did it for Valentines Day, and we won 2nd place. Hope to win 1st too this year!
