So I read
Chatterbox: Blab About Books
Dragon Chronicles-Help?
So I read...
So I read the book Ancient, Strange and Lovely by Susan Fletcher, and it says that it is part of the Dragon Chronicles. It's the only book in the Dragon Chronicles I've read, and I'm really confused because in the acknowledgments (yes I read the acknowledgments! they can be interesting) it says that it's a sequel, but it seems more like a stand alone or a first book in a series kind of book. And it lists on the jacket cover the other books in the series but I still can't tell where it fits in. So has anyone else read the Dragon Chronicles by Susan Fletcher and do you know where ASL fits in that????

I have not read it but looking at Good Reads the series chronological order is...
-Flight of the Dragon Kyn - 1st Chronologically, 2nd Published
-Dragon's Milk, 2nd Chronologically, the OG of the series
-Sign of the Dove, 3rd Chronologically and in the series
and then we arrive at Ancient, Strange and Lovely which is apperantly quite different from it's predecessors being set in the near future instead of the ancient past
Hope this helped!

Thank you so much! I see now that it is more of a sequel to the entire series. . . . which I don't think I'll bother to read, all the same. Thank you! I didn't think of looking it up.
