Almost everyone, including me, has made a thread for favourite books or plans to. Well, I decided that something different-but-similar (like Mary's thread for books people don't like) would be nice, so here are my favourite authors.

Madeliene L'engle- Pretty good.
Diana Wynne Jones- I didn't like her, personally, but that's just me.

Ann Rinaldi- The same Ann Rinaldi who wrote the awful columns for the Times years ago?

What about Tolkien?????? He's a genius!!! Tamora Pierce is kid stuff compared to him!!! LOTR rox my sox (even tho i'm not wearing any cause it's summer!!!

I haven't read anything by Wendy Mass, but i plan to.
Well, obviously I'd recommend Ann Rinaldi if she's on my favourite authors list. She writes historical fiction, though, so if you don't like historical fiction, well... I really enjoyed her, anyway!

Tamora Pierce-I think I've read books by her.
Madeliene L'engle-I've only read A Wrinkle in Time, but it was good.
Diana Wynne Jones-Dunno.
Lemony Snicket-Read the entire SUVS, but that's it.
JK Rowling-I'm not allowed to read HP. *cries* Or anything related to it.
Ann Rinaldi-I might have read a book or two by her.

Just to let you know, this was from a long time ago, and my opinion would be different now. I'm not sure what it would be, but not exactly the same... Not that it matters.
