Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Okay, okay, okay

SO

When I was eleven and twelve I realy liked the Percy Jackson books, especially the Heroes of Olympus series. And while I loved them all, I really, really, really loved (aside from Nico) Piper and Jason. I loved their dynamic. I loved the trials they faced together. I loved everything about them. I never bothered to read the Trials of Apollo books, because by that point I was happy with the ending that everybody got and didn't feel the need to continue.

And then.

AND THEN.

Off the internet, I learned some UPSETTING INFORMATION. FIRST, RICK RIORDIAN, AWESOME AUTHOR THAT HE IS, BREAKS JASON AND PIPER UP, AND THEN HE KILLS JASON?! WHAT THE HECK?! WHY?! I LOVED THEIR RELATIONSHIP, THOUGHT EVERYBODY WOULD GET A HAPPY ENDING NOW, AND THEN HE DIES?! WHHHHHYYYYYYYYYY?!

Anyways, yeah, I'm pretty upset about it. Your guys's thoughts?
