Chatterbox: Blab About Books

A Series of Unfortunate Events- by Lemony Snicket
Have you ever...

Have you ever read A Series of Unfortunate Events? It's really good. I read one book and then I got engrossed. I only read the first book though. I am planning to watch it online. Any ideas for any other good books?

I haven't read it, but I saw the movie and was laughing so hard throughout it... That kinda says something morbid about my sense of humour, doesn't it?

That is correct, Mr. Snicket definitely has a very dry and morbid sense of humour. I rather enjoyed it, though.

aMbER thinks that Snickering Lemonade (Lemony Snicket) is the best... although she does not understand why someone would write a series of books about it....

Bella says xttr.

If want some new books to read that are slightly similar, here are some good ones~

The mysterious benedict society +sequels by Trenton Lee Stewart

The secret keepers by Trenton Lee Stewart

All the wrong questions +sequels by Lemony Snicket (this is a prequel to ASOUE) (read all of the main series before you read these)

Holes by Louis Sachar

Fly by night +sequel(s?)  by Frances Hardinge

The egypt game by Zilpha Keatley Snyder
