Okay, here goes. Prepare thyself.
Dear Evan Hansen: The Novel by Val Emmich with Steven Levenson, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul
The Great Greene Heist by Varian Johnson
Fullmetal Alchemist by Hiromu Arakawa
The Serial Garden: The Complete Armitage Family Stories by Joan Aiken
The Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams
What If It's Us by Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera
The Cloak Society by Jeramey Kraatz
Ready Player One by Ernest Cline
Six Kids And A Stuffed Cat by Gary Paulsen
Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli
York by Laura Ruby
Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick
Death Note: Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases by Nisio Isin
Every book on this list is, like, really good. Read 'em. They're in no particular order, so prioritize according to your whims.

I loved York, Stargirl, HHGttG, and What If It's Us? so I feel like I should probably read the other ones. I love all of Becky Albertalli's books. I also LOVE the Penderwicks. Also Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, also by Douglas Adams. And The Girl Who Drank the Moon (I think that's what it's called). And the Mysterious Benedict Society. And The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making and the other books in that series. And, specifically, Dealing With Dragons. More than the other books I've read in the series. And Un Lun Dun and Ella Enchanted and...

I swear I have read the 3rd Mysterious Benedict Society book 10 TIMES.

Ok. Coyotedomino - totally agree with Stargirl, York, and Six Kids and a Stuffed Cat. The rest I haven't read. Oh actually I've read the cloak society but that's in my list of book recommendations that I'm listing right now: (this is just a few!!!!)
1. The Castle books
2. The Castle in the Attic
3. Wonder, and the next which is NOT a sequel, The Julian Chapter, Shingoling, and Pluto!
4. Harry Potter series (ahhhh I love this series)
5. Jake and Lily
6. If you like dancing (even not but It's more meaningful if you do) The Scarlet Stockings
7. York
8. The unbeatable squirrel girl
9. The Willow Falls series
10. The Candymakers
11. The Land of stories (a bit more childish)
12. The Cloak Society
13. Grounded: The Adventures of Rapunzel. It's a very good retelling of Rapunzel's story.
14. Artemis Fowl. I haven't finshed the series yet, because getting ahold of the nest book (the opal deception) is proving nearly impossible unless I buy it, but it's been amazing so far.
15. Also Keeper of the Lost Cities, but it's not as good as the others (actually it depends what style you're looking for). It really depends on each person; I know a few people who dislike it and a few people who can't stop reading it.
Yup! That's all I can think of right now!

DEAR EVAN HANSEN THE NOVEL. WHY HAVE I NOT READ THAT. WHY.
I also believe What if It's us has LGBT themes.

You (or maybe it was someone else?) mentioned Tales From Outer Suburbia elsewhere before, and it sounded really cool, but THESE LIBRARIES DON'T HAVE IT so I can't get it. Too bad. I suppose I request they order it in.
And, books of those that (@Secret) I can confirm are excellent (meaning ones I read):
Julie Of The Wolves; Maniac Magee (and Jerry Spinelli in general); Hatchet (and Gary Paulsen in general); Symptoms Of Being Human; and A Tale Dark And Grimm.
It's so nice to see someone else who knows of and loves Jerry Spinelli's stuff. He's amazing.
Onyx says oidn, which is strangely close to Odin.
Except I was wrong, and she hadn't been saying oidn. Now it's yakw.

Alas! Do that thing, reverse this tragedy.
He is. I read a lot of his books in elementary school. Fond memories...

Oooh, you’ve read The Ordinary Princess? I just finished it, and honestly I didn’t think it was gonna be all that great, but I ended up reading it in under 24 hours, and it was really sweet and I loved it.
I also read the Tea Dragon Society, because I think you recommended it somewhere else, and it was great, too.
(January 4, 2019 - 9:41 am)
I have! More than once, actually. It really is very sweet. Someday I’m going to have a wisteria vine under my window like Amy. I’ll sing it up with her song.
Oh, cool! I’m glad you liked it.

Here's a bunch of stuff;
The Book Theif/Markus Zusak
Between Shades of Grey and Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys
The city of Ember - I cant remember the author but it was really good!
When You Reach Me/ Rebecca Stead
The Lions of Little Rock - So good!!!
I can't think of anything good anymore, but maybe I'll post more another time. :)
(November 25, 2018 - 9:05 pm)
I love When you Reach Me!
(November 26, 2018 - 8:36 am)
If you don't mind a little romance I'd recomend Once Upon a Marigold.
(December 12, 2018 - 5:31 pm)
Anything by Blue Balliett is really good. Also Framed, Vanished, and Trapped which are all by James Ponti.
(December 31, 2018 - 5:58 pm)
