Help! I have this one phrase from a book in my head, but I can't remember which book. It's "'The whole world's gone crazy!'" I'm pretty sure a girl says it, and I'm pretty sure she says it after realizing two people were in love who she didn't realize were. I realize this is next to nothing to go on, but does anyone know what book this is?

That seems familiar, but only in the vaguest sense. Fiction, of course, probably in the childrens' section... That narrows it down a little, but not nearly enough.

Glad I could help! I love the Penderwicks books. I don't think it's in the first one, but I haven't read it in a while, so you should probably check anyway.
