Chatterbox: Blab About Books

The Hollow Kingdom by Clare B. Dunkle
I love this...

I love this book because it is very fantasy! My favorite genre!!!

It is about a girl named Kate. She lives in England (she's around 16 or so). Her father dies and her mother has been dead for years. He's given her a really good education, so she loves poetry, etc. She has to go live with her little sister, Emily, at their relatives' house.

While there, they find out that hundreds of goblins live under the lake that is near their home. Kate ends up marrying their king, Marak. Though he is frightfully ugly, he turns out to be a really nice guy who loves her above everything else.

After a couple of years living a good life, something terrible happens. A sorceror starts capturing goblins!

To find out the end of this book, you'll have to read it yourself. I've found that most public libraries carry it. Oh, and by the way, it's a trilogy, so try and read the other two as well.

Okay, I think someone is impersonating me, because I looked at this in the list, and it said that four days ago an E. W. had commented! I didn't do it, and besides, I'm Elizabeth W. now. Something fishy is going on. Please show yourself!

It is a very good book.  The other 2 were ok but they just weren't as good.
