An AE is an alter ego right? I want to make one but I'm worried about some rules concerning them. And captchas too. Someone said something about Icy and Scylla asking that they be the only ones that have them. 

Anyone is allowed to create Alter Egos. The same guidelines as to what is appropriate apply to both regular characters and AEs on Chatterbox.
