Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
This is a...

This is a trilogy by Ransom Riggs. The first book is Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and it has become pretty well known recently because it has been made into a movie. The second and third books are, respectively, Hollow City and Library of Souls. Has anyone read or watched them? If not, go read them now! But they are a little bit horror books, so only if you like things like that...

Yessss! I've read them all! I really loved the books. I let one of my friends read them, and then her GRANDMA started reading them! They both loved them! I watched the movie as well... But I really was NOT impressed.

I enjoyed the books, but I was really dissapointed by the movie. It made a lot of changes that I thought cheapend the emotional weight of some things that happened in the book.

I loved the books, more so because the first one was actually written around the photos included in it and I feel like that is a really unique way to write a book. I have not seen the movie but I have heard people talk about it and from what I can tell it has been changed enough that having read the books will ruin it for me, so I don't intend to watch it.

Ya know, after hearing about the movie I don't think I'll watch it. I also heard about it from my sister and she says it's good, but it does sound very different from the movies.

Love the book. Just finished the first one and requested the second from the library! I love the book.
