Chatterbox: Blab About Books
The Cursed Child
I didn't really...
I didn't really like this book, and was wondering how you guys felt about it.
What I didn't like about it was that is was a play, not a regular book. I didn't really get a feel for the characters, and I think it lost a lot of detail. And skipped quite a bit.
The plot was fine, really truly good.
So what do you think?

I didn't like the book that much either, and exactly for the same reasons. I didn't like that it was a play, and how some of the characters were, especially Albus. I guess I didn't like the plot either SPOILERS:
Why did Malofoy's son get into Slytherin? I feel like he has a different personality, other than Slytherin. Also, I felt like the whole time Albus was being mean because his father saved the wizarding world, and all he did was wish he was someone else's son! Anyone else have different opinions?

I didn't like it either, but mostly because it felt like a fanfiction, not a real Harry Potter book. It was just the writing style, I suppose.
